120-136-gun Pennsylvania 1837 was largest sailing warship ever built for U.S navy.
She was launched in november 1837. In april 1861 Pennsylvania was burned to prevent her falling into Confederate hands.
Dimensions were : 210(pp.) x 56-9(molded) x 24-4, 3105 us.tons.crew was 1100.
Lenght from figurehead to stern was 247-6 ft., lenght stem to stern was 224 ft.
(mean) draught was 25 ft., and displacement was 5141 tn. Height from waterline was 239 ft.
